With a 12+ year career in Investments, Project Management, and Operations I co-founded Inner Circle Labs, a marketing communications agency in San Francisco, in 2010. I managed and executed everything to start the business, including creating legal, finance, HR, and operations structures to allow for immediate growth. I created processes and procedures for legal, finance, office management, vendor management, periodic reporting, and technology. The company's growth was exponential and immediately profitable. I was able to streamline costs - keeping our operations expenses at 50% of the industry average allowing for greater employee compensation and an increased profit margin. The company was highly-successful with an employee tenure at 4x the industry average, a strong brand and culture, and memorable employee benefits including an annual WorkAway where the entire team would work from an exotic location for one week each year.
