Since co-founding Tenshi Partners I led the partnership's games funding, access to finance, investment readiness, business strategy and due diligence business lines. In this role I trained and mentored a large number of start-up and early stage games companies and supported them through their early development. In addition I negotiated and managed Tenshi's.

I co-founded new games production studio Chilled Mouse with Ian Baverstock to develop and publish a number of exciting new projects for the digital distribution games market. Our first title - Warhammer Quest - was successfully launched in Jan 2015. Our next title - Chime 2 / www.chimegame.com / is in development.

Gameroyale was an SPV setup to acquire a share in the the Indie Royale and Daily Royale Indie games distribution platforms. I setup the business, and ran the acquisition and recent successful sale of our share in the platforms. Between the purchase and sale I ran the operational, legal and financial side of the business.

At the start of 2002 I lead the successful flotation of Kuju onto the London AIM market and took the position of CEO. In addition to my role of CEO of a public company I continued to drive the growth of Kuju as it moved from a UK based developer to become the second largest independent games developer with studios in Europe, the US and Asia developing hit.

I led the MBO of the Simis studio within Eidos to create Kuju Entertainment in 1998 where I took the role of Managing Director. The studio started at 35 staff based in Godalming mainly focused on developing flight simulators and grew to ~80 staff by the start of 2003 with multiple studios developing a broad range of games content for all major platforms..

I co-founded Simis with three colleges from British Aerospace all of whom shared the desire to build a technically and creatively lead new business. As Simis grew I took the leading role in the games part of the business providing technical, creative and strategic leadership. I was lead programmer on all of our flight simulator games from 1990 until 1994.

I joined BAe as a graduate engineer and worked in the research team within the avionics and computing division which developer airborne software for the Hawk and Harrier. My roles involved developing tools and novel technologies to support the creating of test rigs. I worked with Prolog, LISP, Ada, amongst other languages; I developer a LISP interpreter.
