My proudest accomplishment was leading the assessment, development, implementation, and communication of the new Banner 9 ERP. In addition to this project, I planned, directed, and developed integration interfaces between multi-vendor platforms, communicated regular status updates of current projects to the Director of Information Technology, IT Project Manager and departmental leaders, and drove process improvements and efficiencies throughout the software development life-cycle.
