Directly responsible for all ground handling and customer service operations for Allegiant, American, Delta and United Airlines. Ensures daily regulatory and safety compliance of nearly 150 employees who are responsible for over 30 flights a day carrying on average over 5,500 arriving and departing passengers. Fosters, builds and maintains relationships with the El Paso International Airport, the city of El Paso and senior leadership for the airlines that we support. Ensures timely and accurate coordination and information flow at all levels daily as well as during emergency and irregular operations.
