Currently a Workforce Development Fellow at Project for Pride in Living and a National Urban Fellow, pursuing a Master's in Policy Management at Georgetown University. His career transitioned from direct community service, where he coordinated programs & provided financial and job coaching at the Community Empowerment Fund and StepUp Durham, to national nonprofit work at organizations such as Jobs For the Future (JFF), National Fund for Workforce Solutions, National Community Action Partnership, and the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC). His roles integrate service, advocacy, diverse funding strategies, connection, explicit equity, evidence-based practices, community-centric design, systems thinking, storytelling, action, and JOY. His lifelong commitment to promoting economic mobility and equity guides his desire to co-create opportunities for Black and Brown individuals to shape their futures through entrepreneurship and inclusive regional economic development, ultimately improving systemic access to economic opportunities.
