Recruiting,Managing, planning and organising a variety of events for Universities aimed at international students:- Event & peak planning/ Calendar execution - developing small and large scale events’ plan and delivery to various Universities across the UK- Managing key relationships with various universities, societies and businesses to ensure a continuous and growing success of the company’s events and trips- Create and implement Budget compliance, operating cost, P&L and KPI’s-Create Recruitment campaigns for UK Universities and agencies.- Oversee 50+ employees and responsible for the recruitment, training, safety & efficient staff levels to guarantee first-rate customer service- Supervising and coordinate subcontractors & vendors activities- Implementing improvements to drive efficiency and performance - Maintain excellent relationship with suppliers & sponsors/ partners- Making sure that Health & Safety obligations are adhered to all areas- In charge of accommodation, schedules, travel, day plans and registration procedures- Reviewing and sourcing the locations of events- Company development in different cities across the UK- Maintaining an inventory of facilities and equipment used- Preparing payments and salaries for all employees- Undertake intensive marketing efforts on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)- Complete various administrative tasks including expense reports, safe audits, monthly schedules, inventory, and nightly recaps- Effective customer relationships management utilising a variety of platforms and technologies

Managed all aspects of the events and venue operation for 20,000 students:- Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) - manage a 1,500 Venue capacity and a 500 Bar capacity- Develop, implement and manage events program of the University for Students’ Experience- Manage venue day and night operations- Responsible for the scheduling and management of 80 plus employees- Recruitment of several promoters to ensure the success of extra events - Produce reports on the financial operations: financial performance, forecasts and budget setting across all functions- Overseeing procurement of catering, audiovisual, security and rental needs- Project-manage the Summer, Halloween & Christmas Festivals, with 10,000+ capacity- Research, develop and create new events to maximize income - Liaise, communicate, provide induction and training, and oversee the operation of any contractors - Complete weekly scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employee's performance- Carry out risk assessments as required for the premises - Liaise regularly and effectively with a range of appropriate authorities and bodies including environmental health, licensing authority, local police licensing officers, and other related bodies- Ensure the security of the premises and its stock, cash and equipment - Alarms, CCTV or cash security- Responsible for booking all entertainment and special events- Project and exceed sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis- Plan local advertisements and promotions, decide appropriate media outlets geared towards expanding and developing the business- Report to Directors with market trends, competitive information, and weekly objectives- Ensure effective usage of the primary school sport premium, including overseeing the monitoring and reporting requirements- School sport strategy contribution across the city to improve school sport’s focus (e.g. sports tournaments)
