About Jonathan Page

Let’s face it, many home pros are phenomenal craftsmen and successful business owners. However they often struggle with implementing technology to their team. It can be tough finding enough time to work ON the business while working IN it. The stakes are serious, and adopting a new CRM or other technology takes significant time and expertise. For well over a decade, I’ve traveled the country helping home improvement companies implement CRM, SaaS tools, and other industry-specific technologies. I’ve led hundreds of onboarding/training projects, process engineering, integrations, etc. And those technical onboarding and support teams you normally rely on to get that technology rolled out to your staff... I've managed them too! Applying that experience, I managed the operations at two home improvement companies, and feel the pain of owning technology while being buried neck-deep in leads, projects, costing, and measuring the business day-to-day.
