The £40 million Gateway Projects were delivered on time and on budget. Selected Achievements Included:Working and negotiating directly with over 50 senior managers and teams, successfully developed three combined health and social care centres with a total value of £40 million into operational use managing all aspects of design, construction, commissioning and relocation. Secured a recurrent £500k sustainability budget for energy saving projects including Building Management Systems, boiler replacement, insulation works and window replacement.Developed and implemented joint building management arrangements with Salford City Council and the wider NHS by initiating, leading and co-coordinating various working groups leading to building facilities cost savings of £750k per annum.

Selected Achievements Included:Managed the administration of estates property consisting of an annual rental income and expenditure of £15 million.Transformed the Chiswick Sports Ground and Harrow Campus by developing and implementing master plans.Co-ordinated the £6 million development of a new 140-bed hall of residence from inception to completion.
