About Jonathan Parkes

Founder and Managing Director of Customer Satisfaction UK, with over 20 years experience building a successful consultancy.We provide Customer Satisfaction and Voice of the Customer surveys for a range of diverse businesses in the UK and across the world - helping them to achieve greater success through increased customer satisfaction.We also provide a Customer-Base Due Diligence service for companies in the merger & acquisition process. Prior to or immediately post-acquisition, we undertake specialist, in-depth due diligence surveys and evaluation of the key resource – the target customer base. Previously, 15 years experience as a land surveyor involved in onshore and offshore oil exploration, in the North Sea, the Middle East, Asia and the USA. Previous employers include BP and Oceaneering International, a US based, global underwater engineering business.Qualifications include Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Geography, previously a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors .
