Led company-wide initiative to rebuild Airbnb's foundational data. Established data engineering standards and best practices, and developed certification program for data. Led working group of senior data engineers across the company -- this group was responsible for making key decisions regarding Airbnb's data warehouse architecture.

Led team of Engineers on Airbnb's Data Platform team. Our team maintains Airbnb's core data warehouse, Experimentation platform, metrics repository (Minerva), and logging infrastructure.
