I am a producer, director, writer and editor. My commitment to film making dates all the way back to my childhood days in Ecuador, where I would sneak into movie theaters to watch American and Hong Kong films. My specialty is storytelling. From pre-production through post, I have a passion for leading a team towards creating cutting edge videos while reaching new creative peaks in video production. I'm dedicated to producing original content that breaks past the status quo, and delivers on time and on budget. My experience in the field and the studio covers a wide range of content from films, commercials, web videos and broadcast television. I developed and produced the Comcast/NBC cable television show CHN-NOW, a regional news and current affairs show told in a documentary format about California's diverse culture and evolving communities. All content was produced to be optimized for web distribution via social media channels. My short comedy film, Back Issues, premiered as an official entry of the Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival. I have directed and produced game trailers for Electronic Arts, GREE, Kabam, Spicy Horse Games, and other video game companies. I have worked on the marketing campaigns for Crysis, Brutal Legend, and Comcast. A lifelong fan of animation, I created the YouTube animated shorts series, The World of Mr. Toast. I have produced and directed Spanish language commercials for companies such as Common Sense Media and Telemundo. Other high profile companies I have produced for include Twitch, Topcon Inc., and Genentech.I began my career in video editing and developed a deep understanding of structure, pacing, timing and workflow.
