Jackson Square- Mixed-use 80,000 sq. ft. 9 story ground up building in Long Island City, NY-Sole Responsibility for all Site Safety as the Licensed Superintendent and lead a project staff of 5 members and 8 laborers.-Supervised SOE system and underpinning for protection and stabilization at neighboring buildings and MTA Subway tunnel.-Finished concrete mat foundations and concrete superstructure with expedited 4 day pour cycles.-Successfully managed a mid-project design build of the masonry, EIFS and metal panel façade.-Completed interior fit outs of 72 hotel rooms and multiple floors of commercial offices.310 W 113th st Condominiums- 25,000 sq. ft. 9 story ground up building in Harlem, NY -Licensed Superintendent (Site Safety) on the site with a project staff of three members and six laborers.-Supervised SOE, Concrete foundations and Superstructure, façade, and all MEP infrastructure.-Oversaw the handling and install of high-end finishes for luxury clientele.476 Union Ave Condominiums- 6 story new building enlargement in Williamsburg, NY-Was responsible for Superintendent as well as project manager duties as the only Vorea employee on the site.-Supervised steel superstructure, all new Façade, utilities, MEP infrastructure, high end luxury finishes.Crye Precision Factory- Conversion of old ship factory at Brooklyn Navy yard, NY -Supervised installation of helical piles, pile cap and grade beam foundations, and structural steel for new bridges/ structures.-Created coordinated MEP shop drawings to facilitate MEP install and minimize hits and maximize production.393 West End Ave- 17 story, Gut rehab of an occupied building in Upper West Side, NY -Lead Superintendent managing two assistant superintendents and 9 laborers.-Scope included extensive work in occupied apartments with tenants as well as high end luxury finishes in new units.
