My passion for managing the inner workings of a business while also working on a team to lead a business on the path to success has led me to declare a major in accounting with minors in economics and business analytics. My leadership as a team manager has been proven time over by the sales performance of the stands, I am responsible for. As a concession stand manager, my teams are effectively trained to handle gametime and halftime rushes to make $5,000-$10,000 in sales each game. In the three years of taking over daily operations of my firework tent, we have broken our sales record each year, with net sales of $110,000, $118,000, and $120,000. These experiences have given me invaluable knowledge of how to effectively manage a team and leverage teamwork to achieve success in a business.
