Over the course of a 20-year career at Credit Suisse, took on responsibility for three key areas across the European business: research sales, corporate access and product marketing.Developed and implemented sales strategies to identify opportunities for Credit Suisse products: retaining and growing sales revenue from existing clients, as well as winning new accounts in the UK and across Europe. Built strong commercial relationships with decision-makers across the region, and grew sales coverage to consistently deliver $5–10m in revenue.Set up and led a new team of nine as Head of European Corporate Access, implementing a strategy devised to deliver a significant increase in rankings and revenues. Delivered vote-winning roadshows, conferences, field trips and bespoke trips, and achieved recognition as the highest ROE business in Credit Suisse European Equities. Took control over product flow as Head of European Product Marketing, working closely with the sales and research teams to produce and effectively sell high quality research products. Performed under pressure within rigid legal frameworks, ensuring the timely and full disclosure of products in accordance with regulatory requirements, without encountering any compliance issues.Played a prominent leadership role internally and externally, chairing key corporate calls including the Credit Suisse Morning Call, and representing the company at industry forums and corporate presentations.
