CurrentI work with Presidents, CEO's and Managing Directors of regional and national firms that need new competencies to compete more effectively because they are in a long term market or generational transition. My approach begins with understanding organizational leader's innate motivation (codified and particular to them) and how it aligns and informs cultural dynamics, internal and external demographics and strategic direction. Managing change effectively also requires competency development across the entire corporate spectrum and Group Process leading to higher levels of group functioning and unity. I incorporate the best use methodology from my background in psychology and business consulting.Every culture is as unique as a leader's motivational pattern and vision dictate and requires an approach that accounts for the sustainability of initiatives that are in alignment with those patterns. I have studied and worked with over 825 companies ( nearly every public company) for the past 31 years which has given me a unique lens to view both best practice processes and principles that are sustainable in every healthy organization and those that are not.Our work has also included studying the best practioners in revenue generation for public and private companies (125,000 practioners) and developing accessible systems, practices can use to increase revenue generation competencies. We have also written the national curriculum for sales development for the Surety Bond industry, the Accounting, Commercial Insurance and Private Wealth Management industries.My team is comprised of like-minded and like-hearted experts who have a life long commitment to understanding healthy organizations and cultural change.
