During the company’s duration, I’ve raised $6M+ to advance research, expand our product offerings, grow revenue and increase customers. My greatest professional accomplishment to date was winning a contract with the massive Metropolitan Transportation Authority to provide critical sleep apnea testing for all of its bus operators and train conductors.A hands-on leader, I am involved in every aspect of the company, overseeing every aspect of its internal operations. From budgeting, contract negotiations and growth strategies to fundraising, strategy planning and sales and business development, I am wholly invested in steering HomeSleep and its exceptional team to even greater success._________HomeSleep is a Joint Commission-Certified and American Academy of Sleep Medicine accredited diagnostic service provider for home testing and evaluation of sleep-disordered breathing. We are an in-network provider with most commercial insurances and is an enrolled Medicare IDTF. Our primary focus is increasing the rate of diagnosis and treatment of OSA. We serve patients, physicians, hospitals, dentists and employers in this increasingly important field.

I founded RAS in 2012 to fill a gap in patient-population management and better respond to a growing need for patient access to telemedicine. Throughout its operation, I raised $6+M in private funding to jumpstart and sustain the startup, and then advance its rapid growth.One of my proudest accomplishments during this tenure was securing a $10M contract with Independence Blue Cross of Pennsylvania that provided its members and participating healthcare providers with our cost-effective approach to reducing and preventing patient readmissions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES❖ Developed budgets and forecasted the company’s finances❖ Operate the company’s Human Resources department ❖ Developed payment reimbursement rates ❖ Worked with the analytical team to calculate data and extrapolate monthly, quarterly and yearly outcome reports ❖ Analyzed the Health Plan’s data to calculate an accurate reduction percentage❖ Reviewed all financial contracts ❖ Managed all payable/receivable accountsIn 2017, when the Blue Cross contract expired, I closed the company to venture further into the sleep-testing space and advance HomeSleep LLC, the company I founded in 2012.__________Readmission Solutions (RAS) offered hospitals, health plans and other healthcare providers a comprehensive, cost-effective approach to reduction and prevention of patient readmissions.

As Chief Financial Officer, I managed internal operations, including HR, payables, receivables, budgets and forecasting.
