We live in a complex world, and organizations benefit by thinking strategically about how they engage and cultivate their stakeholders and supporters. Trained in statistics and behavioral economics, I enjoy knowing what donors and prospects say about organizations they care about, yet finding patterns in those thoughts, perceptions, values and preferences is like prospecting for gold, which it often is to savvy managers. It's especially rewarding to work with the same clients over time to see how far they have improved their programs and grown their base of support with the information and insights we can offer. We all want to make the world a better place. Through my work as a Senior Analyst helping connect nonprofit and educational institutions with their community of advocates, I know what I do helps accomplish that.
