  As a Customer Experience Manager at Triterra Metropolis, I am entrusted with the responsibility of delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the customer experience team. With a strong focus on engaging with clients and ensuring their satisfaction, I play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer journey.In my current role, I oversee various aspects of project handover, including budget management, process optimization, and interior design coordination. I ensure that every project is seamlessly handed over to clients, meeting their expectations and providing a positive experience throughout. Additionally, I conduct defect inspections, maintain technical compliance, and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.One of my key responsibilities as a Customer Experience Manager is managing the Property Management Unit. In this capacity, I serve as the developer representative, liaising with property managers and overseeing property management operations. I am also responsible for carpark allocation, strata matters, and providing technical supervision to the property management team. Managing budgets and ensuring efficient operations are crucial components of my role.
