I work across business units in securities division to understand and articulate the needs and expectations of customers and to create solutions to allow the business units to better serve those customers. I meet with the front office and operational teams to standardize all client communications – onboarding, regulatory, and investor relations – and audit for quality assurance and consistency. I work with small manufacturers in Alabama and surrounding states to help them find new markets for their products. We help the world see the great products produced by American manufactures and help those manufacturers get their products to the rest of the world. We work with local market representatives to design marketing strategies most effective for specific regions or product lines.
