Hi, I’m Jon. Glad to meet you.I grew up in small town Oklahoma, and have been designing logos since I was in kindergarten. I’m a hard wired optimist, peace seeker, and keeper to a fault (any fellow enneagram 9’s out there?). And like so many in the nonprofit field, fell into fundraising a bit by accident. Along the way, I married my best friend and we had the greatest surprise and joys of our lives - two sets of twins! Three girls and a boy. After a career of 15 years serving within the nonprofit sector - leading teams in marketing, design and annual giving - I left my job to create what I wanted to see in the world. An open table and place to connect this generation of nonprofit leaders with the best tools, guides and inspiration to take their impact further. We Are For Good was taken full time in 2020 - co-founded alongside my career-long dear friend Becky Endicott. The first phase of bringing our vision to life is the We Are For Good Podcast - which debuted in August 2020 as the #1 nonprofit podcast on Apple iTunes. Director Of Annual GivingIntegris Foundation Feb 2011 - Jun 2020Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, UsI'm honored to lead a talented, creative team who is passionate about growing annual giving support for the lifesaving programs at Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit healthcare system. In this role I have the opportunity to provide strategy and oversight for all annual giving solicitations, two signature fundraising events: the INTEGRIS Gala and INTEGRIS Golf Classic, and lead YOU&I: the annual INTEGRIS Employee Giving Campaign.Since 2011:- the INTEGRIS Gala has tripled annual revenues and increased annual attendance by 50%. We celebrated the record breaking $1.2M INTEGRIS Gala in May 2019.- the INTEGRIS Golf Classic revenue has increased by 50% - the first Employee Giving Campaign was created and launched in 2012, and has taken employee giving back participation from fewer than 300 across the state to more than 3,300, growing into an annual campaign that annually raises over $850,000. YOU&I has now raised more than $5.8M since we initially launched in 2012. -

Branding Success became the largest fundraising campaign in Oklahoma's history. During this season, I had the opportunity to play a formative role in defining and developing the campaign brand by working in tandem with development staff, donors and internal and external teams.In addition to the campaign responsibilities, our marketing team worked in tandem with annual giving and special events to provide strategy, creative direction and messaging. -
International Campus Ministry InternCru Aug 2007 - Jul 2008Orlando, Fl, UsI took a leave of absence from the OSU Foundation to serve with my wife alongside a team of international and national staff to launch and grow campus ministries among several local universities in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Throughout the year we had the opportunity to meet and encourage students from across Southeast Asia. One of the highlights from the year was spent serving a community in Southern Thailand who was continuing rebuilding efforts following the devastating tsunami of Dec. 2004. -
