XDC Network is an enterprise-ready, open-source blockchain specializing in Trade Finance and Tokenization for Real-World Assets (#RWA).• Responsible for shaping, building, and ensuring operational systems are optimized and functioning properly.• Led cross-functional collaboration with business development, marketing, and engineering teams to align overall network objectives.• Developed and executed a comprehensive strategy to drive adoption of a L1 blockchain protocol through developer engagement initiatives.• Engaged in strategic partnership opportunities with blockchain projects, technology companies, enterprises, and developers.• Represented the XDC Network at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Responsible for all engineering activities related to lifecycle management of the company’s products. This includes design, development, prototyping, compliance testing, transfer to manufacturing, change management, and end-of-life activities.• Developed and executed a staffing plan to grow the team from 4 to 17 full-time engineers across all disciplines including optics and photonics specialists. Utilized 3rd party resources (HW, SW, test teams) to support development schedules. Maintained team and capital budget.• Led the Product Life Management process, standardized engineering change management, and established product-focused engineering teams to ensure product reliability and quality as part of achieving ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certification.• Led a cross-functional team through a design thinking process to document, implement, and iterate on a customized New Product Development (NPD) process to provide project flexibility based on risk analysis and team consensus.• Led, and system architect, for the cross-functional team that designed and developed the Chromatiq Spectral Engine™ (CSE). A novel spectrum simulating light source used for testing and calibrating optical / imaging sensors found in high-end smartphones, tablets, cameras, vehicles, etc.

Plan and execute major strategic new product development programs assuring the resulting products meet quality standards, performance expectations, cost, and schedule targets. • Developed Resource planning and reporting standards for the R&D / Engineering team• Led multiple simultaneous programs for advanced Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) and Laser Driver Light Source (LDLS) product development for leading semiconductor companies.• Led the design, assembly, integration, acceptance test, and installation of a custom automated EUV photoresist test system.

Responsible for the IntelliSAW product portfolio and the associated new product introduction and marketing activities to maximize sales and profits, both domestically and internationally. • Instrumental in company growth, from ~$500k to over $4M and successful sale & integration to Emerson, Rosemount.• Led a cross-functional team (engineering, sales, marketing, operations) in the development and execution of long-term product roadmaps, market research, industry segment analysis, and pricing.• Assisted engineering in preliminary design of new sensors, system electronics, touch panel UX design, IIoT implementation, and compliance testing (FCC, UL, CE, IEC). • Created solution-sales training materials, demo systems, and conducted worldwide training (over 25 countries)• Formed an application engineering team to generate technical proposals and system architectures, and provide customer support.• Established global installation team through the creation of guidelines, manuals, seminars, and hands-on training with the Emerson installation team.

Launched and grew Bloomy Energy Systems, a vertical business unit of #Bloomy focused on products and platforms for the energy storage market. Responsible for developing short and long-term business strategy while maintaining unit P&L, overseeing R&D, product manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Identified and led a team in the development and commercialization of the company’s first product (Battery Simulator 1200). Established a family of Battery Management System (BMS) test platforms positioned around the battery simulator to continue to meet customer needs. Developed a rep and distributor sales strategy with a content marketing focus to launch the new product platforms.

- Contributed to the design and development of the universal automated test system for ZOLL defibrillators, sub-assemblies, and PCBAs. - Developed automated test systems for Li-Ion batteries and battery chargers. - Part of the team that completed product regulatory testing and FDA 510k submission.
