Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Quality, Production, Warehousing, Purchasing, Facilities/maintenance, and Compliance departments. Staffing, budgeting, strategic direction of plant operations, implementation of continuous improvement plans, reviewing and approving all Discrepancy Reports, OOS, CAPA, and internal audit findings. Implementation and review of SOP's, training, batch documentation, import/export documentation, NDC registration, NDA, and vendor certification

Responsible for all projects in the production area including implementing change, creating kaizen teams, multiple projects resulted in an overall productivity improvement of 200%. Also responsible for logistical coordination, GMP compliance, FDA compliance, validation, writing SOP's, handling material, procurement, productivity reporting to other countries, planning and forecasting. Also staffed and supervised all plant employees and their schedules. Chosen the lead of many high level projects between subsidiaries of our global company. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
