-Work Closely with Environmental Justice Program Manager, fellow staff, and volunteer leaders to implement the goals of the Environmental Justice Project. -Raise public awareness on the state, regional, and local environmental justice policies.-Consult with stakeholders to determine the needs, concerns, and viewpoints of documents and goals of an EJ project.-Design, conduct, and evaluate a community air monitoring project in the Northern San Joaquin Valley. -Gather and report on air quality data, analyzing it for any trends or important information that may be useful in formulating new policies, i.e. needs assessments and community air monitoring projects.-Build relationships with SJ parishes, specifically with youth, young adults, and Latino parishioners. -Provide opportunities and resources to local Churches to learn about the Papal Encyclical, Laudato Si, and to engage on local and statewide environmental concerns. -Gather surveys and needs assessments that addressed gaps in community health issues.-Develop reports for state, regional, and private grants such as the Transformative Climate Communities, Community Air Grant, Supplemental Environmental Project, and the Sustainable Transportation Equity Project.-Work with the HNC, local and regional planning staff, and the wider community to help residents stay informed and engaged to advocate for their neighborhoods' needs in the RTP/SCS and General Plans.-Use Catholic Charities' community and regional networks to provide information and training on environmental issues, land use, and transportation planning and how it impacts our public health, social equity, and environmental sustainability.-Produce outreach materials through emails, weekly newsletters, and social media such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

• Collected Needs Assessment through survey data from 52 students. • Planned a Health Program that focused on childhood obesity, program entailed nutrition and fitness education. • Designed and Implemented program built on health theories, models, and related research; Ambition for Better Nutrition. • Generated health training for students: at-home exercises & buying groceries on a budget. • Proposed new school policies for lunches and P.E. classes. • Evaluated students’ short-term outcomes. - 22 students increased nutritional knowledge by 70%. - 14 students increased fruit/vegetable consumption by 12%.

-Tutored Human Physiology to 23 students.-Upgraded students' engagement through weekly quizzes and exercises.-19 out of 23 students achieved a two letter grade increase.
