My role at BAM involved selling business to business, in the Account Sales Role I was tasked with generating as much revenue as possible for a media owner (Student Union, Magazine, Newspaper etc...) by introducing my clients to the benefits of advertising in their official media opportunities. On a day to day basis this will include seeking new business through proactive cold calling and research methods, building and maintaining relationships as well as providing exceptional customer service. Specifically I looked after the revenue generation for the Universities of Newcastle, Durham, Sheffield, St. Andrews, Hull, Salford, Bradford, and many more during my time at BAM usually managing around 6 Accounts at any one time.

At the Leeds I was in charge of the Banking Hall. I was responsible for the motivation of my team, training and competency and security. My customer facing tasks were all inclusive, from serving on the cash desk and lead generation to conducting appointments and interviews for new and existing accounts, Mortgage customers and Insurance services. Whilst at the Leeds I passed my CeMAP (certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice) and am qualified to give advice on mortgage, MPPI and Mortgage life insurance.
