Within PeopleSoft, I helped control and maintain user permissions as well as handled end-user questions and issues. My involvement during projects included the gathering of requirements and process documentation, as well as the creation of system and user test cases. During my time as a Business Technology Analyst, I was designated the lead support and subject matter expert for our recruiting and talent acquisition software, on-boarding software, relocation software, Background Investigation tool, and the Training module within PeopleSoft.
