My practice focusses on estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. I work with clients to develop strategies which adhere to that client’s estate planning objectives, which range from simple to sophisticated plans. I regularly prepare Wills, Trusts, and other ancillary estate planning documents such as Powers of Attorney and Health Care Proxies. I also assist clients in the estate administration process, from the probate process through final distribution of assets. In the litigation context, I represent clients in probate contests, judicial accountings, and discovery and turnover proceedings.

Once the writers select their topics, I provided hands on support and assistance to the 2L Staff Writers throughout their writing process. Throughout the drafting process, I coordinated, individually supervised, and consistently scheduled meeting and phone calls with the writers. This included providing feedback and editing their outline, first, and final drafts. Beyond writing, I assisted the writers in talking through ideas, or reading and editing sections of their papers.

Prepared reports analyzing Department of Treasury sanction announcements and their subsequent impacts. Assisted Spanish-speaking asylum seekers with the translation of necessary documentation in connection with asylum petitions. Member of the Latinx Affinity Group which worked to promote Latinx culture within the firm as well as the legal profession as a whole.

Served as the President of the SGA Student Senate, which consisted of 26 senators that all advocated for different student body communities. Interned in Judge Margaret Reilly's chambers, the first female judge elected into the Nassau County Surrogate’s Court system. Assisted with multiple estate and guardianship cases regarding both testate and intestate wills and trusts. Worked on cases to assign executors of estates as well as assigning guardianships. Conducted extensive research regarding previous case precedents to assist legal clerks.
