• The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives of the assigned region by promoting and selling Aegis PainComp™ and HealthPro™ services through professional sales techniques and long-term.
• Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Aegis’s sales processes.
• Making prospecting a part of the regular routine ensuring that new prospects are being added to the pipeline on a consistent basis.
• Maintaining client contact to insure all client needs are exceeded in all areas (Client Services, Laboratory, Billing, Reporting, etc.)
• Continually learning about new services and improving selling skills. The RSM will be required to attend training events throughout the year.
• Being well informed about current industry trends and being able to talk intelligently about the drug-testing industry.

Responsiblities include: calling on physician groups and institutions, selling Pfizer's product portfolio to Neurology, Rheumatology, Orthopedic, and Pain Management specialists, as well as educating members of the healthcare community on the approved indications of Pfizer products. The TSR plays a critical role in increasing Pfizer’s brand with high-value.
