I work in Business Development Support área, I am responsible for the information upload, which is visible for the end customers in the DiDi Food app.Sales reports, new stores sign up, load promotions, operations config. (schedules, categories, estimated preparation time, etc), menu products configuration, restaurant managers training, among other activities. All of this according to Key Account Managers/Specialist requests.

I was one of 100 Inplant Officers around the country. My responsibility was to open payroll debit accounts in branch. Then I became a BackUp Inplant Officer. I was reponsible for backup my colleagues on their absence. I had the chance to work inside companies such as Black & Decker (Reynosa), Furukawa (Mexicali) and Mattel (Escobedo), among others.Achievements:- To reduce rejections index on account applications on 2% globally. I proposed to migrate a part of the process to a digital medium.- To reduce rejections index on account applications on 3% in a work unit. A colleague and me identified rejection risks and applied some changes in order to eliminate them.
