Engage Video Group creates high performance videos for companies like Unilever, Nestle, Wallmart and Coca Cola which have been seen billions of times across social and web platforms.Jon is also a Global Agenda Council Member for the WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM and is currently the Chairman of the Advertising and Media Association of South Africa. Previously Jon was Head of Advertising/Agencies for Google South Africa, also leading YouTube sales in Sub Saharan Africa. Jon also worked at Google's head office in San Francisco in the GoogleX marketing team. Until recently Jon was also a Mentor at the Branson Center of Entrepreneurship, an Advisor to the Mandela Center for Memory but resigned to allow time for more focus on Engage Video Group.While in London from 2008-2010 Jon was elected as a special advisor to the British Interactive Media Association and lectured at numerous universities including the London Business School and the London School of Economics.Jon has a degree in Finance from the Stellenbosch University in South Africa.The attached video is a speech Jon made on the main stage at the Cannes Lions in 2016.
