Led Customer Success team that actively managed and certified that sales force members have met the requirements to advance to a leadership position (Sales Director). Redesigned qualification program to remove barriers of entry and simplify requirements, resulting in a 300% increase in program submissions and a 200% increase in new Sales Director debut success rate.

Promoted to manage and consult on all Sales Development, Sales Education and Special Events contests and promotions for 13 European subsidiaries. Led complex strategic initiative analyzing all compensation plans and designing program requirements that were fair and equitable across the region, factoring in multiple currencies and compensation plan structures.

Served as Business Consultant and SME for market staff in 13 European subsidiaries, responsible for the development and implementation of all sales and recruiting promotions.
