Bringing years of marketing management experience, specialties include graphic design including print and digital, brand development, design and implementation and brand management.

Key roles include working with company designers, artists, copywriters, sales teams and marketers to create and execute the company's marketing vision. Also lead in planning advertising, oversee the creative process and give guidance to those working on the projects at hand. Working with the VP Marketing to approve all work produced by creative staff and presenting finished work to clients.

Responsibilities include the development, design and execution of all print and digital creative efforts across all major mediums to support the marketing objectives of the organization. Managing or assisting in the management and design of all printed and digital promotional collateral, design and production of TV and other digital advertisements, publication adverts, direct mailers, email and social media campaigns while working closely with local and non-local high quality print companies. Managing and updating all branch-wide marketing collateral including but not limited to branch signage, posters, banners and employee communication material. Supervising the sign off of all brand usage, assisting with legal and compliance personnel while ensuring all creative efforts, designs and messages meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines. Supervising, managing and updating of all content on company website and in-branch digital marketing displays while working closely with third parties to execute creative revisions or compliance updates.

Responsibilities included opening new accounts, processing loans, evaluating member’s financial needs and cross-selling potentially beneficial products and services offered by the organization.
