Story is central to who I am. From how I spend my time to the work I create. Combined with a bent for entrepreneurialism, I spent 10 years directing and producing documentary content. When the right opportunity slapped me, I shifted to creating commercial spots and long form branded content for global companies, NGOs and not-for-profits.In my bones, I'm a producer. In my soul I'm a director. This balance enables me to dream the big picture and execute within inevitable limitations inherit in the modern lean production landscape. Using these limits and this balance to drive creative, I'm able to add value in surprising ways. I wouldn't call it sorcery but there is a little smoke and for sure some mirrors.
