Jon has over a decade of international logistics and operations experience working in 8 countries across the globe. As a Major in the Marine Corps Jon experienced everything from leading a Platoon of 50 Marines to working on a strategic level creating policies and guidelines. Through past achievements, he has proven the ability to improve processes and deliver results both within a team and as a sole contributor which resulted in four personal awards; two Joint Commendation Medals, one Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and one humanitarian service medal. Jon's graduate studies in Supply Chain Management and GMP at Wharton has helped transition his military experience into the private sector which directly translated into co-founding two successful companies Fortis Custom Homes and Mavette. He loves to travel and has been to all seven continents. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, exercising, cooking, playing sports and the great outdoors.
