As the owner, I'm responsible for registering the LLC, establishing the operating and ensuring all required permits and licenses were/are obtained and are current. As a Deputy Constable, I am a law enforcement officer. My duties include working as a bailiff in the local Justice Courts, make sure that rules in the courtroom are enforced. I also call and swears in the witnesses, protect and assist the judge and the juries, secure evidence, and help in the orderly transmission of information in the courtroom. I also serve judge orders.A priority is the security of the courtroom. I make sure that courtroom procedures are peacefully followed. I make it a point that there are no bombs or other potentially dangerous objects in the courtroom and that civilians going in and out of the courtroom are unarmed. I also ensure that threats and other life-endangering crises are evaluated and addressed appropriately. This is done by screening those who enter the court, escorting suspects and those in custody in and out of the courtroom in addition to transporting them between the courts and correctional facility. Provide technical training to clients throughout the world on topics needed to be successful online business owners including web 2.0, eCommerce, online sales, business to business sales, eBay, branding, brand development, marketing, market research, supplier cultivation, business skills, photography and more.These clients were enrolled in an online eCommerce educational course. They were given homework assignments and as their instructor, I would help them set goals and progress through the topics, grade their assignments, provide feedback, answer questions, clarify material and provide any other kind of support or technical assistance needed.I also instructed the students on how to use the programs and software relevant to them and their business goals.If students showed signs of slowing down then we would reassess their past progress and set new goals that fit better with their current state of progress. My responsibilities included quality control for outbound packages. I would audit and pack the items of outbound shipments. Once I was sure all the items were correct I would then print the shipping label, apply it to the package, then separate the packages by shipping method. Located in the basement of the HSRC, the Multi-Sensory Cognition Lab run by Dr. Kerry Jordan, PhD is the home of many experiments involving infants through adults where we the researchers monitored, coded, and studied responses to an array of stimuli ranging from a letter on a computer monitor to several images located on multiple monitors.While volunteering for the lab I worked with Joe Baker and Kati Rodzon. Department 15, Testing: While working for Icon Health and Fitness, Department 15, I was responsible for testing fitness equipment and evaluating its performance. After spending time using the equipment I would then log the times of use, duration, distance, and any notes that may be important for the R&D department such as abnormal functionally. This required attention to detail, mental and physical endurance, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Installing cement forms, tying rebar and other general construction. I was able to learn to work well without being told what to do and had that chance to use many hand tools.
