Identified an opportunity in the market and founded a track and field club team specializing in jumping and multi events. The club has grown to over 20 athletes and has a laser-like focus on development and preparation for success at the collegiate level. A number of the athletes in the program have earned the highest honors possible, which include: 1x National Champion, 4x All-American, 5x NYSPHSAA All-State, 4x Newsday All-Long Island, 3x Section XI MVP, 12x Section XI County Champion, 13x Section XI All-Sectional (Spring Only), 32x Section XI All-County, 8x Section XI League Champion (Winter Only), 25x Section XI All-League (Winter Only), 7x Section 8 County Champion, 16x Section 8 All-County, 7x Section 8 Division/Conference Champion, and 22x Section 8 All-Division/All-Conference.

Responsible for purchasing merchandise, keeping a running inventory on Excel and Google Sheets, and list/sell products in-person and online (via Poshmark, eBay, and Facebook). Constantly analyzing trends on e-commerce websites to determine the most profitable items to purchase as well as properly marketing other products to increase sales.

Trained and developed a team of U12 boys through their fall and spring seasons, focusing mainly on the fundamental aspects of the game.

Restarted the high school's JV soccer team after they did not have one the season prior to my arrival. Completed the season with only 11 players and had to introduce players to, and train them in, new positions. Some highlights of the first season included a forward that was newly introduced to the position surpassing the 40 point mark (including 18 goals in 14 games) and a 4-3 overtime win with no substitutes against a perennial girl's soccer powerhouse on Long Island. For the second season, we finished 8-3-1 outscoring our opponents 35-15 with no substitutes for the whole season and half of the team being in middle school.

Worked with and developed horizontal jumpers, growing the team from one jumper to 20 jumpers within a year and a half. They are some of the most accomplished in New York, including the #1 ranked Long and Triple Jumper on Long Island in the Spring 2023 season. Focused on growing the underclassmen from the ground up with the freshman placing 2nd in Suffolk County for Long and Triple Jump amongst others in the Spring 2023 season.

Worked with the rest of the coaching staff for 2 seasons to successfully plan and implement practices/game plans to promote player development. An athlete earned the highest honors possible in high school, being named an All-American, who then went on to be named the SEC Freshman of the Year.

Worked directly with the team teachers in the classroom to implement their lesson plans through small group and individual instruction, classroom management, and provided frequent productive feedback to students. I also worked one of the years as a one-to-one for a student to assist him in managing his behavior.

Worked with the goalkeepers on the team to train and develop their skills for the upcoming season, including preparing practice plans and effectively communicating with the rest of the coaching staff.

Worked with a combination of the coaching staff, team trainers, and players in order to ensure that events from practice, to games, to transportation run as smoothly as possible. This includes gathering and preparing data from the players' Heart Rate and GPS Units worn for practice and games.

On the Disney College Program, I was a Lifeguard at the Blizzard Beach Water Park who is also deployed as an Operations Cast Member at ESPN's Wide World of Sports and Quick Serve Food and Beverage at the Electric Umbrella in Epcot. Through my experiences here, I learned crucial customer service skills from on-the-job experience with all of our guests. Along with the crucial work experience, I took a Disney Leadership 101 Seminar which allows me to learn all about how Disney's leaders are so successful through the widely-adopted leadership style within the company.

Assisted the Ticketing, Guest Relations, Community Relations, Concessions, Merchandise, Grounds Crew & Maintenance, and Press Box departments within the sports venue as well as working directly with the operations team to ensure each game runs smoothly.

Along with my position as an Operations Intern with the company, I also became the mascot, Ace the Aviator. As Ace, I created an upbeat environment for each game and promotional event. I also interacted with children so that they enjoyed the game and wanted to come back to not only watch the games, but to also see Ace.

I am responsible for teaching children ages 3-14 how to swim by themselves in the pool as well as doing maintenance for the camp.
