Primary Responsibilities:1. Regular coaching activities required to facilitate the achievement of the goals of the Bank.2. Meet with assigned Branch Managers on a regular basis to monitor, coach and observe theadministration of the Bank’s Sales Management expectations.3. Approve consumer loans, and advise/coach each manager as needed.4. Evaluate managers annually or as necessary, and coordinate with Retail Banking and HumanResources to achieve proper staffing and retain/attract the most highly qualified candidates.5. Assist in handling employee issues for branches within and out of assigned branches as necessary.6. Assure that managers are maintaining internal control, audit, and security procedures to maintainan overall satisfactory audit examination.7. Prepare annual budget and reforecasts for all branches. Analyze monthly budget reports andresearch variances with others as necessary.8. Work with senior management on all aspects of new branch openings.Secondary Responsibilities:1. Develop and originate loans within the region as needed.2. Coordinate with business partners as needed for market area calling/sales efforts to maximize loan, deposit and business services growth in order to exceed branch goals.3. Work with building and facilities for assigned branches to ensure branches are well maintained.4. Participate and maintain affiliations with community organizations to enhance the image of theBank and provide networking opportunities.5. As assigned, work on projects outlined by Retail Banking.6. Perform any tasks requested by their supervisor and or member of management team.
