This summer I supported the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Management Business Transformation Program, I specifically worked with the Interfaces and Agile team: • Throughout my experience at CGI I was able to work closely with 2 scrum masters where I was able to gain knowledge on the processes of agile and also experience in first hand sprint ceremonies such as Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint retrospective, Backlog refinement.
