By collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams, we effectively managed the EMEA and NA markets, ensuring a seamless customer experience from day one. This kind of role wouldn't be complete without reactive support, I contributed by throughly resolving eventual system hiccups from invoicing, subscription, and technical issues.Leading in developing a CHS (Customer Health Scoring) system using Hubspot CRM as a superadmin, which will enable our team to give enhanced proactive support while understanding our relationship to the customer.
