Defended a multitude of claims, including allegations of securities fraud, fraudulent transfers, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination, negligence, and destruction of evidence. Extensive experience in felony level prosecution, management of large case loads, and argued over a dozen cases at trial, including contested courts-martial requiring complex motion drafting. First chaired and argued complex appellate issues on remand with favorable results that were affirmed on appeal. Experience in computer forensic analysis and technology facilitated crimes, including presentation of expert witness testimony and demonstrative evidence at trial. Reviewed hundreds of cases that were disposed of through non-judicial punishment or administrative action, including several administrative boards. Drafted the handbook for Kosovo’s first course in Legal Writing and Research; edited the guidelines for Kosovo’s first Live-Client Clinic; conducted comparative study of Attorney Ethics and Attorney Disciplinary Procedures from nine jurisdictions in the United States and Europe. Attended DOJ training on Human Trafficking, and Bench and Bar Roundtable led by former ABA President.

Employment and Labor Law Practice Group. Drafted, revised, and translated contracts and business and legal correspondence from over 70 countries for a leading global engineering firm; prepared and revised standard contracts. Negotiated employment procedures for the European division of a global retailer.
