Guided a rotating Incident Response and eDiscovery team of four to eight people that consisted of Forensics, eDiscovery, and Malware Analysts (through August, 2024). Coordinated and partnered with SOC, CIRT, Malware, Threat Intelligence and Hunt managers and analysts in responding to Incident Response (IR) events across the enterprise.Performed Forensic imaging, indexing, and analysis services for IR organization. Executed eDiscovery collection, processing, production, and review services for Legal Contracts and Compliance.Selected Accomplishments:• Proposed and facilitated deployment of a software platform which consolidated IR data storage and processing, increased data transfer speeds, and installed both a collaborative IR triage tool (Cyber Triage) and a forensics imaging suite (Automate and ATLAS).• Proposed and coordinated the purchase of EnCase Endpoint Investigator and Information Assurance, creating remote eDiscovery collection and IR data acquisition capabilities.• Saved company between $2 Million and $9 Million in outsourcing fees annually over several year period by leading eDiscovery efforts in-house.

Acted as Technical Lead for Information System Security staff team of 20+ operating in Special Access Programs, Special Programs, and DOD communities. Trained security personnel in selected technical subjects, including the use of EnCase, FTK, and Document Detective for performing Risk-Managed File Transfers.Provided Computer Forensic analysis support to Raytheon Corporate Investigations/HR/Ethics/Legal using EnCase Forensic and open-source forensic software tools. Selected Accomplishments:• Briefed FBI, DoD, and other Government Customers on forensic investigations I performed that were of national security interest.• Certified as an “expert witness” by arbitration judge during a labor arbitration case.• Used VMware Workstation to both create a Vulnerability Assessment Program for Closed Areas by using virtual machines running the Nessus/Tenable scanning engine to provide automated reports on scan results and train IS Security staff in VMware and a variety of Virtual Machines (various brands of Linux, Windows and Trusted Unix).• Created design for RMMAGIC PL-4 security environment that switched between various security levels, developed Concept of Operations/ConOps and System Security Plan/SSP documentation (receiving Approval to Operate/ATO), and functioned as first Information System Security Officer/ISSO, performing trusted file transfers and sanitizing environment for alternating Customers.
