    My duties started out with: Answering incoming phones and emails, researching and responding to customers about their orders, placing orders and up selling additional merchandise. Over time I earned the privilege of handling all international order entry and correspondence. Within the last 6 months, due to my ability to learn quickly, I have been given access to manager only screens.
