A strategic executive, with strong customer centric commercial awareness, Jonathan has a hands-on approach to delivering productive organizations, maximizing market penetration, aggressive growth and ultimately a return on investment.As President for Hays across Latin America, Jonathan is responsible for the overall strategy, leadership & direction across the region with six offices across Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil.In addition to LatAm, Jonathan is also responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the delivery teams across our recruiting centers throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and India.
