Equipment manager with an extensive background in fleet management, sales (both internal and external), maintenance, and job-site support. My work experience includes 5+ years in the equipment rental industry with a strong focus on process improvement and project management. Most recently I have managed the fleets of a large general contractor (ENR Top 20) and a local asphalt contractor. I believe in providing the tools needed to get the job done while protecting the companies investment and ensuring returns. I am a people person who believes in the power of change. I would rather be working with the front line and coaching my team then sitting in an office "managing". I went to school to become a professional pilot having obtained my pilots license before my drivers license. Although I am not currently in the industry I still apply the skills I learned in school, like crew resource management, in my work. To this day I maintain a passion for aviation and the travel industry in general.
