As a trained systems mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology 🔨, as a on-site heating service technician 👷‍♂️, as a certified heating, ventilation, and air conditioning engineer (HVAC) 👨‍💻, and in international real estate asset management at Corpus Sireo in Luxembourg, now Swiss Life Asset Managers.Today, as a co-founder of the consulting boutique BLUECON Engineering from Frankfurt am Main, I am engaged on a daily basis for our clients nationwide and in neighbouring European countries 👨‍💼.I am passionate about the practical analysis and implementation of optimization measures for real estate (-portfolios) that fulfil the regulatory requirements of heavyweights like the CSRD and the EU taxonomy, while maintaining the necessary performance and flexibility 📈.In implementing these concepts, we support our clients in Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning design (HVAC) and also cover landlord representation services within our project management department.🌎 We create real estate performance through practice-oriented implementation plans.
