Led the adoption of a Scrum-based agile process for the development team, including the introduction of Atlassian JIRA for planning.• Spearheaded the implementation of compliance and regulatory systems, including transaction monitoring, account opening and ‘know your customer’ (KYC), and reporting for MiFID and EMIR.• Implemented trading systems including Fidessa (ETP), Trading Technologies (TTNET), CQG, and FlexTrade. Managed the implementation of the first live multi-asset Fidessa ETP installation, trading futures, options, equities and CFDs since mid-2007, including client order flow from remote Fidessa screens and from Bloomberg EMSX, with around 40 FIX connections.• Supported and implemented middle/back office systems including Sungard GMI and ATEO Lisa.• Managed the integration of Monument Securities following their acquisition by ADMISI in 2014.
