• Jointly (with MD) prepared the business plan and implemented to streamline the Company and move into new leased premises.
• Initiated and delivered cost saving exercises both in direct product costs and overheads including £150k savings per annum from sourcing castings from India.
• Implemented an ERP system (Movex) to replace existing bespoke system.
• Created a very successful subsidiary in the Czech republic to sell and install within Central and Eastern Europe.

• The David Brown group of companies are specialists in gear design and manufacture. The Vehicle Transmissions subsidiary manufactures gearboxes for various end products ranging from battle tanks to F1 cars.Key.
