Prior to working in real estate, the singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist managed multi-million dollar partnerships at Shazam and Google, ensuring clients like Spotify and Beats had their needs met and got the highest ROI from their partnership. His data-driven approach to problem solving comes from his time as a research scientist at Stanford University. Going above and beyond to serve clients, friends, and family is part of Jonathan’s DNA. His ability to remain steady under pressure and his dogged pursuit of creative solutions makes him a joy to work with. He is passionate not only about real estate, but also the endless opportunities remodeling presents to make a house a home. The Silicon Valley native was drawn to New York’s ability to invigorate and inspire, but the California in him appreciates the importance of finding peace and comfort in the midst of the hustle. Jonathan is excited to help his fellow NYC and Brooklyn residents find their place to call home just as he and his fiancé have in a classic Brooklyn brownstone in Bed Stuy. As a singer, Jonathan has opened for the likes of Stevie Wonder and Bruno Mars on stages from Las Vegas to Dubai, but you can still find him singing at his local church in Brooklyn on Sundays. He enjoys playing basketball and is an avid fan of the arts - from Broadway to Alvin Ailey and live music, he’s grateful to call this city home. Along with attending Stanford University for grad school, he is a proud HBCU alumni of Morehouse College and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.
