I led the analytics team in the Manufacturing Logistics department. My focus was to improve the operational efficiency of all supply chain processes by leveraging data collected throughout the company.Major Accomplishments:- Created shipping optimization model for over the air antenna shipments as a result of programmer blackouts. 11% cost avoidance ($160K savings within two months)- Identified and led an optimization project to reduce the volume of empty boxes sent to customers - an estimated savings of $2M/year.- Centralized all operational data for the Logistics and Transportation team to enable real-time process monitoring.
