Full cycle recruiting to include sourcing, interviewing, hire, and placement of both temporary and direct placement employees. Fill and service client orders while supporting the Branch Manager to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all company policies and procedures. Maintain compliance with policies and procedures, process background checks and evaluate when done including background check exceptions and upload information into Applicant Tracking Software. Consult with Branch Manager, Account Manager and colleagues to better understand clients' needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, and provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands. Calls to prospective clients daily and weekly plus the knowledge of labor and employment laws are required. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines plus handle multiple issues simultaneously. Management of Job Postings to multiple media outlets, i.e. CareerBuilder, Monster and Adecco’s website. Unemployment Reporting and attending unemployment hearings when applicable. Work closely with partners and company management on staffing needs, developing and implementing recruitment plans and processes.
