As a customer-facing professional in the retail automotive, real estate and mortgage industries, I believe that providing exceptional and consistent customer service is the most effective way to build a reputation of trust, honesty and integrity with my clients. Whether I am implementing a new process to address an inefficiency in dealership operations, strategizing for a real estate transaction or discussing mortgage options with a client, the quality of my customer service is top-of-mind. Strong time management skills and the desire to add value to both my colleagues' and clients' lives have enabled me to excel in all three of my roles. Outside of work, my passion is tennis. I have been playing the sport since I was ten years old and I believe that the sport has taught me many lessons that I still use today. I am motivated to reach a level of success in my own career that allows me to give back to the sport and to my community. This is one of the reasons that I became a co-founder of the On The Rise Tennis Foundation, a non-profit organization that financially supports local junior tennis players who exhibit the potential to succeed professionally.
